Scheduling
Once your cabinet is complete, we contact you to schedule a delivery window that suits you.
Delivery
Cabinets are delivered fully assembled where access allows, or in sections for tight stairwells and doorways.
Installation
Our team levels the cabinet, fits any split sections, and checks every sliding door before we leave.

Lead times start from confirmed order and deposit, not from initial inquiry. Larger multi-compartment cabinets sit toward the longer end of each range.
Access & delivery day
Please let us know about stairs, narrow hallways, lifts or other access constraints when you place your order — larger cabinets may need to be delivered in sections and assembled on site. Someone should be present to confirm placement and sign off on the installation.
Damage & returns
Every cabinet is inspected before it leaves the workshop. In the rare case of transport damage, report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a repair or replacement at no cost. Because cabinets are built to your exact specification, they can't be returned once delivered except in the case of a defect — see our terms & conditions for full details.
